Why We Created MNTR

We created MNTR because we know how challenging it can be to grow up today — balancing school, confidence, mental health, expectations, and the everyday pressures young people face.

As siblings — Lukas, Sophia, and Milla — each of us experienced different struggles:
school stress, self-doubt, anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, and moments where we didn’t feel like we were enough. We know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, distracted, unmotivated, or unsure of your path.

What made the difference for us wasn’t a perfect system.
It was mentorship.
Support.
Open conversations.
People who believed in us.
And guidance from our mom, who helped us through the hardest parts and reminded us what we were capable of.

But we realized something important:
not every young person has that kind of support.

MNTR was created to change this.

We built MNTR because:
