MENTORSHIP + MENTAL HEALTH

MNTR is driven by a commitment to supporting youth living with ADHD, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. As a team with lived experience, we understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, unseen, or unsure of your path.

We’re in the process of building impactful mentorship and mental wellness initiatives — ones that foster creativity, confidence, and community.

Our goal is to:

  • Empower young people to express themselves

  • Create safe spaces for real conversations

  • Offer mentorship rooted in lived experience, not perfection

  • Challenge stigma around mental health — especially among youth
