How MNTR Started

MNTR started the way many meaningful things do — with a small idea, a big purpose, and a family determined to make a difference.

It began inside our home, where the three of us — Lukas, Sophia, and Milla — spent countless evenings talking about school, confidence, mental health, and the challenges young people face today. We realized that mentorship wasn’t something students always had access to, yet it was something we all needed.

With the support and guidance of our mom — the person who always pushed us to grow, stay kind, stay grounded, and believe in ourselves — we began imagining a project that could help other youth the same way our family helped us.

At first, it was just an idea for a small clothing line with a message.
A hoodie that meant something.
A brand that stood for support and connection.

But it quickly grew into more.

We started getting involved in our community.
We spoke to students.
We shared our story.
People resonated with the mission.
Parents and teachers asked for tutoring.
Schools invited us for talks.
And MNTR evolved into a real movement.

What began as a simple apparel idea transformed into a youth empowerment platform — blending clothing, mentorship, tutoring, school presentations, and soon, digital learning.

MNTR was built by siblings, shaped by our experiences, and powered by our desire to help others feel seen, supported, and capable.

And that’s how it all started — a family, a purpose, and a mission to mentor the next generation.
